Why Prithviraj says 'no' to Mohanlal?

One of the most promising stars of this age, Prithviraj has declined many opportunites to act with none other than the superstar Mohanlal. Anyone would frown their brows when they come across this shocking news, so to say. But our hero Prithviraj is the least perturbed. When enquired about this decision during an interview, the actor has a different version of the story altogether.

Buzz up!?This is not right. It has been my dream to act with Lalettan. But just for the sake of that wish, if I make way for a bad movie, then would it not be selfishness on my part. Won't it be cheating the media which has been life bread for so long? That's the sole reason why I did not commit to these movies.

Movies which were planned with Lalettan and me were either weak in the story side or in certain cases my character was poorly etched. Why should I be a part of such movies? If I come across a good story and a role which would help to develop the actor in me, then I would certainly do the movie. As I said earlier, it has been my long standing aspiration.?

Even when Prithvi makes his stand clear, it remains to be seen whether these are genuine reasons or whether the politics within the industry and among the superstars has found its way among the new generation as well

Prabhu Deva and Nayan Thara married!!!

Well, there have been many love affairs in the film industry that have taken serious attention by the media. But this one is a very special as it includes two of the most outstanding personalities of Tollywood. Prabhu Deva, who was first introduced in Tamil movies as a hero and later became a successful choreograher and director is said to have an intense love affair with Nayan Thara.
The two had met earlier during the shooting of Villu, which was directed by Prabhu Deva himself. From then there were gossips that the two had become very much attached. Since Prabhu Deva had lost a son, he was suffering a lot of mental pain and Nayan Thara tried to console him a lot. Recently its known that Nayan Thara tatooed Prabu on her arm(P in English and rabu in Tamil) in Hyderabad. There are also rumors that Prabhu is even redy to divorce his wife so as to marry Nayan Thara.

When the rumors had come to its core, people tried to confirm the news by calling Prabhu Deva. But his mobile was switched off and this added more to the existing fire. He is now busy with a Hindi movie, but there is no idea on where he is. Nayan Thara too is missing from town and seems to have gone for a foreign schedule. Why Narain left Malayalam for Tamil?

Narain, a Malayalee made his debut in Malayalam, but of late, he has taken on a Tamil identity, by doing more Tamil movies and even shifting his home to Chennai. After Minnaminnikoottam, he is back in Malayalam after a long gap with Bhagyadevatha and the forthcoming Robinhood.

Buzz up!When enquired about his preference for Tamil movies, Narain has his reasons right and clear that you cannot deny, but agree with him. After For the People and the successful Achuvinte Amma, Narain sought refuge in Tamil, when success courted him with Chithiram Pesuthadi, Anjathe and others. The sweet success was all the more tastier, as it was a solo hero role. That a Malayalam artist, a new comer, was relishing success in Tamil was in itself a big feat.

Tamil cinema has been changing with a fresh breed of young directors and actors coming forward to make sensible yet sensitive cinema. Taking the cue Narain has cleverly decided to opt for sensible movies in Tamil, rather than sitting idle in the Malayalam film industry. He painfully notes that though there are filmmakers coming with fresh subjects, producers are not willing to invest in them

Hope this actor's words are ringing loud for the Malayalam industry to wake up from its slumber and revive its long lost glory.
