Marriage with Ramalatha is not legal: Prabhu Deva

Prabhu Deva has come up with a appalling statement saying that his marriage with Ramalatha is not legal as it is not registered. Prabhu Deva is now in discussions with legal experts on this issue.

Meanwhile , Ramalatha is also getting ready with evidences like ration card and her children’s birth certificates to prove Prabhu as her husband.

Kapil Dev in ‘Mazhavillinapurathekku’

Indian cricketer Kapil Dev is getting ready to try his luck in Malayalam movies. His first in Mollywood will be ‘Mazhavillinapurathekku’ to be directed by Kaithapram.

The movie will feature him along with the Pakistan opening batsman Mohd. Hafiz, who will be doing the lead role. Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty is also expected to do a key role in the film. Other cast will include Nedumudi, Mamukkoya, Anoop Chandran, Suraj and Siddiq.

‘Mazhavillinapurathekku’ will have two heroines, debutante Krishna and Archana Kavi. The shoot for the movie is expected to kick off by the 24th of this month at Kannur.

The movie was in news from the day of its announcement, as Pak fast bowler Mohd. Asif was initially approached to do the main role in the film. But later the actor fell prey to certain controversies and director Kaithapram decided to go a for a lead-actor change.

K.R. Vijaya hospitalized

K.R. Vijaya was admitted to the Chennai Apollo Hospital on Tuesday. Her condition is said to be critical and she is currently under observation. She starred in over 400 films in all the South Indian languages.

K.R. Vijaya debuted in cinema in 1963 as heroine. She had worked with almost all the stalwarts of South Indian cinema.

No affair with Devi Sri Prasad: Mamta Mohandas

Mamta Mohandas has cleared the air by saying no to reports which claimed that she is in love with Devi Sri Prasad, one of the hot and happening music composers of south Indian cinema.

“It is just a rumour. Just because I have crooned in his music, it doesn’t mean that there is an affair between us. I can’t concentrate on my career if I take these things serious”, the actress has said.

Denying that she is giving importance to Malayalam, her mother tongue, she said, “It is true that I am currently acting in five Mollywood films. It is because I found those offers interesting”.

“I am waiting for a challenging opportunity in Tamil”, she said and added: “I would like to do a powerful role which was not tried by anyone before. I am hopeful that I would get one soon”.
