Audience cheer for Santhosh

The audience cheered on when the actor-director Santhosh made his entry on the screen. People also sang and danced along with many of the song sequences that they were already familiar.

Unnecessary to say, no other film has reminded such a response from the crowd in the recent past. Even though the film is said to be absurd, youngsters insist they will watch the film again, ''just to have some fun with friends.'' The film features Santhosh, the actor, director, script-writer, editor, music director, lyric writer, editor and playback singer, alongside five heroines!

Shakeela doing decent role!

Shakeela has gone into a transformation and has been doing decent roles.

Soon, she will be seen as the pious sister Mary Magdalene and this would be for the film Ee Abhaya Theeram. This is being directed by debutante Alex Thankachan and it has Jagadeesh doing a key role.

Court allows Jyothirmayi to divorce

Jyothirmay got divorce from her husband Nishanth Kumar, to whom she was married for seven years. The Ernakulam Family Court allowed the divorce petition moved by Jyothirmayi and Nishanth.

Jyothirmayi had filed a divorce petition at the family court last March. Later the duo decided to file a petition with mutual consent. The actress got married to Nishanth, a software engineer working in the Middle East in the year 2004.
