South Indian popular actress Meena, who married a software engineer named Vidyasagar, on July 12th, 2009 is facing a mental torture these days According to sources, the actress is not in a position to adjust with her husband and her mother in law and so is thinking for a split soon.
According to close sources, Meena wants to continue her acting career and so has a hand full of projects in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil in coming future. But her mother in law and her husband want her to concentrate on the family leaving movie life.

For this reason, Meena has left the house of her husband and is living separately from the past 3 months. Moreover, it is also reported that, Meena also cancelled her Honeymoon Trip with Vidya Sagar, in the month of December for the sake of a film shooting. This issue got intensified and raised the blood pressure of her husband who slapped her on her face.
For this reason, Meena asked her elders to intervene in the issue. But thinking wisely, they did not turn up, as they feel that Meena is making a big mistake by deteriorating her marriage life. Now, this issue has intensified and so Meena wants a divorce from her husband at any cost.

Hope, she comes out of this trouble in a wise way and settles this issue amicably without any further fuss.

Vivek becomes hero in malayalam!

Tamil comedy actor Vivek going to debut in Mollywood as a hero. The comedian will be playing the lead role in his first Malayalam film ‘Oru Nunakkatha’.

Vivek will be seen as a sub inspector in the state police department, who is a film buff. Under the banner of Ben Arts, Mathew Abraham will produce the movie and Johnson Thankachan is the director.

The 48-year-old comedian has earned the Filmfare Best Comedian Award for his performances in the films 'Sivaji', 'Saami', 'Run' and 'Perazhagan'. He was born in Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu.

Raj TV bags 'Raavanan'

As Raavanan hits the screens, we have heard that the film's satellite rights have been sold. And the popular satellite channel Raj TV has bagged the rights.

If sources are to be believed the film has been sold at an astronomical price of Rs. 5 crores. This is said to be the second highest for a Tamil film. The highest was for the Rajinikanth - Shriya starrer Sivaji.

Audience shown their disagreement against ‘Ringtone’

Some of the audiences who were at a Kottayam theatre watching Suresh Gopi’s latest ‘Ringtone’ has instantly shown their disagreement on the quality of the movie, through some violent measures. They tore the seats of the theatres and also the posters of the movie. On the way out immediately after the interval, they even broke the display boards of an adjoining theatre in the same compound.

Though not an action to promote, it seems to be a big sign of caution for all those in Mollywood who are trying to make senseless movies. It won't be a long time from now, when the filmmakers will be forced to offer the viewers a 'pay for watching' their painfully pathetic movies.

Kannada actress caught in a lip-lock scandal

Popular director Ratnaja and actress Amoolya had hit the headlines and TV screens during the promotion of their latest movie Premism. The Amulyaactress and the directorRatnaja have been snapped kissing each other and Kannada TV channel Kasturi has got their lip locking photograph.

While Amulya was asked about the photo she called it a fake one, coming out of the brain of some wicked person. She claimed herself innocent while describing the image as digitally morphed. She is also with the opinion that many people are envious of her success at such a young age and trying to put an end to her career.

The director says he received a call on May 14, at 1 pm, with a demand for money. “He asked me for my email ID. I did not respond to him. I warned him that if he called again I would file a police complaint. He called once more and I told my advocate,” Ratnaja said.

Though the identity of the person who found the pictures in the mobile is not known, he is said to have blackmailed Ratnaja demanding Rs 3 lakh from him.

After Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan, it's now Namitha who went on Twitter. Within a few hours, she had over 1000 followers in her Twitter account. Her Twitter id is 'inamitha' and her first tweet was “Hi Macchas!! Love you all. This is my personal twitter account.”

Sandhya back in Malayalam

Malayalam beauty Sandhya is back in the industry. After a two year gap she will be playing the lead role in a upcoming movie "College Days”. Indrajith will play the hero role.


She has been doing movies in other south Indian languages but has not been getting good offers off late. Sandhya said that she accepts movies in any language as long as the script is good enough.

Arvind Swamy files for divorce !

Arvind Swamy has filed a petition for divorce from his wife Gayatri in a family court under mutual consent. Principal family court judge Ramalingam adjourned further hearing of the case to December 1. Arvind Swamy and Gayatri got married in 1994 and have a son and a daughter. They filed a petition for divorce citing domestic disharmony.

He is now the chairman and managing director of Talent Maximus. Earlier, he was the chairman of ProLease India and InterPro India.
