Actress Pranathi got married

Malayalam actress Pranathi got married to Dr Sivarajan. Pranathi , who is the daughter of former Malayalam film actor Jose and Ratna Prabaha. The wedding ceremony held at Kannur.

The couple's marriage was a grand event and it was held at Mandok Guru Samadhi Sri Bhuvaneswari Temple in Kannur. Many people from different walks of life attended their marriage and blessed the couple.

Pranathi entered Malayalam film industry through director Jayaraj's movie For the People. She has acted in Kannada film Santosha and Tamil movies likeGurudeva, Kaatru Ullavarai, Amudhey, 4 Students and Gambeeram.

Mohanlal injured!

Mohanlal narrowly escaped from bike accident during the shooting of upcoming malayalam movie Casanova. The accident happened while shooing a bike race for the film, in a location at Hongkong. Accorind the sources, Mohanlal is safe & uninjured.

Nikitha attempts suicide over Darshan row?

Actress Nikitha was very unhappy about the alleged complaints that she is close to Kannada actor Darshan and his wife Vijaylakshmi has registered a complaint which had Niktha being held responsible for the troubles in her Marriage that had resulted for a 3 year ban for the actress Nikitha.

Hurt by the ongoing controversy and ban on her, Nikitha has attempted to commit suicide. The actress has reportedly swallowed sleeping pills at her residence in Mumbai.

According to Janasri Vahini, the unanimous decision taken by the Kannada Film Producers’ Association (KFPA) and the home-breaker tag made Nikitha to attempt for the suicide. It further claims that she has been admitted at a private hospital in Mumbai and she is on a recovery path.

It is said that the members of Kannada Film Producers Association, had visited Nikitha in the hospital and said that they want actors to be professional and concentrate only on their jobs.

Muni Ratna, President of the Kannada Film Producers Association had been reported to have said that the ban will a lesson for other artistes.
