He has acted in films like Shalini Ente Kootukari, Ithu Njangalude Katha, Oru CBI Diary Kuruppu, Kudumbapuranam, Malootti, Devasuram, Kireedom, Sarvakalasala etc. He was last seen in Renjith's Kerala Cafe. He had received state's award for best serial actor.

Two Prithviraj films to be dubbed in Tamil!

Two of Prithviraj’s films in Malayalam to be dubbed into Tamil. Super hit Puthiya Mugham and the average Robin Hood are going to dub. Prithviraj is very popular in Tamil Nadu through films like Mozhi and Ninaithale Inikkum.

The Deepan directed Puthiya Mugham is an action entertainer with good music that established Prithviraj as a saleable superstar in Malayalam. The film also has Priyamani, Meera Nandan and Bala artists known to Tamil audiences.

The other Prithviraj film to be dubbed into Tamil is veteran Joshy directed Robin Hood which has been named Naan Ninaithathai Mudippavan. The film has poular Tamil artists like Narain, Prithviraj, Bhavana, Biju Menon, Pawan and Rajendranath.

Now Prithviraj is going to be a major force in Tamil cinema once his Mani Ratnam directed Raavanan releases in June. So now the smart guys in the trade are buying all Prithviraj Malayalam films with a potential to be dubbed into Tamil.

Sex Swami Nityananda arrested in Himachal

Swami Nityananda, who has been linked to a sex scandal after sleazy video footage showing him was aired, was on Wednesday arrested from a village 50 km from Shimla, police said.

"He was arrested from a house near Arki town," Solan police chief Prem Thakur said.

Nityananda had been staying at a Solan hideout for over a month. The tainted swami was arrested after a non-bailable arrest warrant was issued against him by a court. He has been charged under several sections of the IPCC.

Video footage telecast in early March showed Nityananda in bed with a woman. He, however, denied any wrongdoing. On March 30, the self-styled godman had announced his decision to resign as head of his Dhyanapeetam ashram and from all trusts associated with it, living a life of "spiritual seclusion" for an indefinite time.

The swami’s purported sleazy acts in company of a Tamil actress were aired by TV channels on March 3. He has claimed that the images in the video have been morphed and he had not done anything illegal.

Narain taken for a ride!

Narain was called up by director Major Ravi to do Suriya’s role in Kandahar.

The actor who is now shooting for his Thambi Kottai in Kumbakonam was happy about it as he could be in the same frame with his favourite heroes Mohanlal and Amitabh Bachchan.

Narain readily agreed to do the film, and the director said he will send somebody with the signing amount.

Now Narain has come to know from the media that Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty has replaced him in the project!
